since my operation "by passes" my large intestines I have to take supplements for the rest of my life,

I got a new vitamin container and sorted all my vitamins for the week! the bottom is what I take a day.

Please note: after my shopping trip to the states, they have most of there vitamins in candy form, so I stocked up. They taste so much better.
