Normally Saturdays are the same for me ...
get up at 4am work 5-2,3,4,5,6 or 7... come home... sleep until Blake wakes me up for dinner.. and then go back to bed, to do it all again Sunday..
Today.. was amazing... got up at 4am- worked from 5-2... Came home, and I didn't want to sleep, it was just sooo nice out.. So.. went shopping for mothers day! :)
I got Blake's mom some stuff for her garden, 2 coral bell plants, they are a very sturdy plant, that I had gotten introduced to last year, I bought one that I re planted and I got 2 that were almost dead, for like .50 cents and this year they're huge and sooo pretty!! So I figured she'd like them! and some solar garden lights! :)
I got my momma bear, a pair of carpi's and a shirt, nothing fancy smancy, but she will like it, or at least pretend too, and a double feature movie, something sappy with Reba and dolly ... she likes lame movies where people are diagnosed with disease and die... (me ... I can't handle that... I only like happy endings.)
and I got Blake's grandma a little planter with some flowers!
So after that adventure, I came home and I helped Blake take down our Christmas lights, which I think is stupid because he's just going to have to put them back up in 5 months anyways.
- I still wasn't feeling like a nap either... So we went to drop off Blake's mothers day gift and his grandma's (tomorrow is going to be pretty hectic for us)
While at Blake's parents house Shanny texted me and said she was heading to the DQ of course I had to jump on that shit!!! So we met them there!! Super exciting! hahahaha!
Then they came over for some karaoke a la GLEE! :) and dancing!! ( and hide the vibrator heather leaves laying around)
SOOO MUCH FUN TODAY!!!
now I have to shower and go to bed to get ready for tomorrow
work-mothers day- dads birthday and parents 30th anniversary!

Hello 2011!
Well, this year I do have a few goals that I would like to adhere too! They're not that ambitious so the likely hood of failing at them will not cause any loss of sleep! :) hehehe!!!
1) I would like to loose at least 65 more lbs before July, 85 lbs before December.
2) I have at least 10 books that I have bought and haven't even started, so I would like to read all the books I have before buying any new ones.
3) taking care of myself - I use to go for pedicures once a month and I am not sure why I stopped, however ... it's so nice to go and have your feet rubbed and just relax... to take off my make up before bed... to moisturize everyday, to get my eye lashes tinted every 6 weeks and to get my eye brows done aswell!
4) to go see a movie once a week, I was doing this in the summer with some of my friends, and let me tell you, it's nice to get outta the house and its nice to get outta the house once a week!!
5) to go on a trip ( we're planning one, however... I always seem to get outta it somehow! )
really, that's it.... that's all I got!! :) most of them are for me.. and about taking care of me, which I really didn't care about before, but now I realise that I have been given a "second" chance and I want to make the best of it! So little things that I can do to make ME feel better are worth doing, because we live once! :)

Funny story.
So yesterday I worked 2-11.
When I get to work, all the garbages where over flowing and there was enough cardboard in the back of the store to give Heidi a heart attack, So I was running it out to our dumpster area, which is right by our drive thru, and has a big door that you have to open, normally the lids to the bins are already open, however this time, the cardboard truck just came, so they were closed, so as I go in to open the lids, the wind takes the big gate and closes it... I am trapped.. 100% I can't open it from the inside... I am screaming for help... I had to pile the cardboard up to stand on, so that people could see me, I ask a customer in a yellow truck "Can you please tell them I am trapped in here?" I hear something from the speaker that kinda shocks me, laughing, and then "Good, she's the manager!" Oooh, I was so mad, Honestly, I was in the dumpster trapped for at least 1/2 an hour... finally someone came thru the drive thru and opened the door for me... probably 50 cars, and only 1 person would help me...

First time back at the gym
Well since I got my new promotion, it came with some extra benefits...besides the 16 hour days and the small dirty office... I got a gym allowance, So... last week I decided to sign up for McFit, and yesterday was my first time going! I was a little hesitant at first to go there because, the prices are very reasonable and I was thinking, trashy... but I was very wrong, it was very clean and simple, and everything starts with a Mc in there, I kinda wondered if they had to pay McDonalds some kinda fee... Anyways... here is a little about my experience at the gym for the first time in probably 2 years!!!!
I went in, and I got a free Mcfit tee shirt, 2 points! I then bought myself a bottle of water from the McFrdige for .50 cents ( I got half off because I am an orange member?) -2 points because bottles hurt the environment, and I should get me a reusable one. so -5 points for me... I then went into the McWomans locker room, which is huge, I seen the McShowers, and the McWashrooms, and I chose McLocker #83 because thats the year I was born! 5 points! I got changed and then decided to head out, I really was a little embarrassed because most people who go to a gym are like in fricken' super shape and looked ripped, me however, neither. Anyways, I used to love the elliptical, At the best shape of my life I could do 1.5 hours on it, CRAZY EH? I went on it, OMG. I did 1 minute and I was thinking, EFF MY LIFE... I couldn't do it, How did it get so hard!! I was trying everything in my power to stay on that machine for at least 5 minutes, I was watching a movie on my Purple people eater (my iPhone) and I was looking all around, by that point all the Mc's were really pissing me off, seriously? McTanning, McCardio, McMatts... EFF OFF, ALREADY I GET THE POINT... At this point in my workout I was at 2.5 minutes, and I new I only had 2.5 minutes left, Not bad, I could feel the burn and I was pretty sure that my heart was going to give out at any second... I lasted the rest of my pitiful 5 minutes and then I thought I was try something easy peasy.. Treadmill... So I went on it, I put the "STOP" clip on and started the incline at 1 and the speed at 1.5 for 1/2 an hour... 1.5 was pretty slow, so I ended up getting it up to a whopping 2.1, however... I did feel like a 100% douche bag, because the cougar beside me, had it on an incline of 10 (the highest, the front of her machine was at my waste...) and I am not sure what her speed was at but I know she was sprinting... WITH NO STOP clip on! hahahahahaha
I made it through my 30 minutes, and went back into the McWomens locker room and McBooked it outta there! I will go back today, because I really feel I just need to get used to it again, but I did feel a little uneasy. hahaha!

First time for Everything!
... Lets get one thing straight, I have the worst grammar, spelling and I seem to have an opinion about everything these days! So, if you don't like it, I would advise you to continue with your farm town ... or fish ville or whatever you seem to be doing that is not reading this!
I am fantastic at starting things, however I do suffer from commitment issues, I really hope this will last more then a week! But I guess time will tell!
If your thinking I am being quite negative, I kinda am.. hahahaha! I just don't want anyone to get the wrong impression, Why did I want to start a blog, kinda because this upcoming year, I plan on going through some pretty big changes in my life ( No... not a sex change ) but I would like to have something to remind myself of where I was, kinda so I don't go back! ...and of course I had some pressure from the mommyproject and maybe a wee bit from the bloggmother, and... that pretty much sums up my blog name... tales from a (from my shanny) and doggy project (from normie) pretty awesome eh? I think so!! hahaha, I guess I will have to see what they think!
Well.. I think that's all I have for now! :)
